Ian B. Kwok, M.D. is a palliative care physician interested in multimodal approaches to improve clinical communication and team models. Dr. Kwok is a graduate of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. In the Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine, Dr. Kwok provides palliative care home visits and inpatient care as an attending physician on the Inpatient Palliative Care Consultation Service. He also serves as Director of Community Outreach and Education and Director of the Palliative Care House Call Program.
